🧭 LESBOS ISLAND TOUR PROGRAM

Day 1 – The Capital of Uzo, Polamari & The Magic of Gera Gulf

📍 Route: Dikili Port – Polamari – Varvagiannis Uzo Factory – Gera Gulf – Jumbo – Mytilene Center

⏰ At 07:30 we meet at Ayvalık Port, collect our catamaran boarding tickets, and after passport formalities, we set off at 09:00. We reach Lesbos with a pleasant sea journey on the brilliant blue waters of the Aegean.

🏭 Our first stop is the world-famous uzo production center, Polamari. Here we visit the Varvagiannis Uzo Factory, witness the production process, and taste uzos with different aromas.

🚶 Then, we take a short walk through the streets of Polamari, spending free time at soap workshops, squares, and coastal cafes.

📸 On our return journey, we take a short photo break by the shore of the Gera Gulf.

🛍️ In the afternoon, we have free time for shopping at one of the largest stores in Lesbos, Jumbo.

🏨 By the end of the day, we check in to our hotel in Mytilene city center, and those who wish can join for a stroll through Sappho Square and along the coast.

Day 2 – Historic Streets, The Spirit of Agiasos & Taverna Night

📍 Route: Mytilene Center – Ermou Street – Agios Therapon – Agiasos – Taverna Night

🍽️ After breakfast at the hotel, we start the city tour with our guide at 09:30, along Ermou Street:

• ⛪ Agios Therapon and Metropolitan Churches
• 🕌 Old Ottoman Bazaar and New Mosque
• 🧖 Historical Bath from the Ottoman period

📷 While exploring these structures, we capture unique moments with our guide's narration.

🥗 We enjoy our lunch at a local restaurant, followed by a short break at a Lidl market.

🌿 In the afternoon, we arrive at Agiasos. Here:

• ⛪ Visit to the Virgin Mary Church
• 🎨 Tour of wood carving and ceramic workshops
• ☕ Resting at a village café with "kaynar" drink

🎶 At 21:00, the unique YGreek culture taverna night begins. We create unforgettable memories with live music, traditional appetizers, and sirtaki.

Day 3 – The View of Petra, Streets of Molivos & Flavors of Mandamados

📍 Route: Petra – Molivos – Mandamados – Mystakelli Cheese Farm – Thermi – Return

🍳 After breakfast, we leave the hotel and head to the north route. Our first stop is Petra. Here, we climb 114 steps to the Panagia Glykofilousa Monastery to enjoy the stunning Aegean view. We then have free time in the village market.

🏘️ Our next destination is Molivos. In this UNESCO-awarded village, we stroll through stone streets, bay windows, and Ottoman fountains with our guide. Afterward, we take a break for swimming and lunch by the seaside.

⛪ In the afternoon, we proceed to Mandamados Village. Here:

• Visit to the Archangel Taksiyarhis Church
• Honey-walnut yogurt and lokma treat

🧀 Afterwards, we visit the Mystakelli Cheese Farm, which has been in operation since 1962. We have the chance to taste traditional FETA cheeses.

📷 On our return journey, we pass through Thermi, where we view the Sarlıca Palace Hotel panoramically.

⏰ At 17:00, we arrive at the port and, after formalities, return to Ayvalık with the 17:45 ferry.

⚠️ Customs Visa Information

📌 The passport control process for travelers with a customs visa at Lesbos Port may vary according to  customs congestion.

🧃 Please bring  water, snacks, and personal necessities with you.

🟥 Upon arrival in Lesbos, you need to follow the red painted line on the left to pass through the passport control area.

👮 Entry procedures are conducted face to face by the Lesbos Customs Police.
